A · 证据借婚姻索取财物是法律禁止的，法院支持返还。没登记的、登记了但确实没共同生活的、婚前给了彩礼导致给钱一方生活困难的，可以要求返还。已登记又共同生活的一般不返还。所以彩礼、三金、改口费都走转账并备注用途，谁给的钱谁留证据，男女一样。
